Kaylyn Anderson, President of WriterSeries.com, worked over 20 years in the corporate sector. She has experience in engineering and managed a Technical Documentation and Training department in rail transit. She developed and restructured the Documentation Department; implemented a training-the-trainer program; built a cohesive team unit; and set measurements and benchmarks in place to improve quality, time efficiency, lower costs, and eliminate late deliveries.
